1.Jingdezhen-World Porcelain capital

As the world-famed ceramic capital, Jingdezhen City has a long history of ceramics making and a rich cultural heritage. the city began to make pottery in Han Dynasty”. From Yuan Dynasty to Ming and Qing Dynasty, they have made many different kinds of porcelains, Among them were  the four classic creations : blue and white porcelain, famille rose porcelain, rice-pattern and color glaze porcelain. the characteristics of the porcelain made in Jingdezhen are as follows:"as white as jade, as thin as paper, as sound as a bell, as bright as a mirror" .

     


2. Lushan Mountain- World culture heritage


Lushan is one of China’s most famous mountains. Which is about 36 kilometres away from Jiujiang. With a height of 1474 metres,It is one of the best summer resorts along the Yangtze River. When you come to the mountain, There are three must-seeings:'the unique waterfall, Bueatiful villas and mysterious mist.' the mountain has attracted thousands of famous poets, painters,artists and thinkers since Hang dynasty, they have left many masterpiece works, These are the most valued treasures of the mountain, the mountain was ranked as a world culture landscape by UNESCO in 1996.

     

3. Poyang Lake-The biggest fresh water lake in China

Poyang Lake,Located in the nortern part of Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province,  is the largest fresh-water lake in China. In rainy seasons, It covers an area of 5,000 square kilometers,In winter, the lake's area

shrinks to 3000 square kilometers, But still, the lake atrracts thousands of migrantory birds to spend winter time here, thus, the lake has become a migrantory habitat paradise. When you come to the lake in winter, Do not miss the time to have a bird-watching tour here. Recently, The government has invested 10 billions RMB to build a national wetland park around the lake, Which would be the No.1 wetland park in China when the project has finished.

     

4. Sanqing Mountain-The world nature heritage

Mount Sanqingshan is situated in Shangrao City, northeast of Jiangxi Province. It was listed as a world nature heritage in the 32th World Heritage Conference. The attractions are thousands of picturesque peaks and tumbling gullies, the age-old trees flourish and rare birds and animals inhabit. it is also a famous Taoist mountain of over 1600-year history in which the philosophical thought of “the Tao Way follows nature” and the simple and unsophisticated art of Taoist architecture are the spiritual wealth of the mountain. The ancient cultural heritage of Mount Sanqingshan has been well preserved, which can be called a paragon of the integration of billions of years natural evolvement and thousands of years cultural development.

     

5. Wuyuan-The most beautiful village in China

Wuyuan is located in the northeastern part of Jiangxi province. Which is always regarded as‘the most beautiful village in China’. when you come to Wuyuan, you can have a real China countryside life expercience. In April, the beautiful rape flowers stretches miles away, making you feel like you are in a flower paradise.Here, you can also see many ancient buidings from Ming and Qing dynasty, which is calledHui-style architecture, the characteristics of this kind of architecture is the White walls, black tiles with horse-shaped rooftops. Which is a famous wood-structure architecture kind in ancient China. Wuyuan is also called “ hometown of tea”,“hometown of scholars”.  it is a key tea production area and tea exporter in China. 6. Longhu Mountain-A famous taoism mountain in China

Longhu Mountain (Dragon and Tiger Mountain) is a famous Taoism mountain with a long history. the mountain has been noted as a cradle land of Taoism, many taoism pilgrimages are made here every year.Dragon and Tiger Mountain is also a beautiful Danxia landform characterized by its cliffy scarp, the red cliffs and rocks can be seen everywhere.another marvelous sight here is Cliff Tombs. about 50 meters high above the Lu Xi river. Floating in the River, Cliff Tombs can be seen all along the river.most of them are from the Spring and Autumn Period (770-476 BC) and the Warring States Period (476-221BC). Because of its expansive area, large quantity, dangerous location and unique shape, the tombs got the title 'the best natural archaeological museum of China'. No one is quite sure why or how the ancient site was built, so it's still a mystery waiting for you to discover.

       

7. Jinggang Mountain-The first revolutionary base

Jinggangshan, located in the Southwest of Jiangxi Province, where Chairman Mao Zedong established the first rural revolutionary base , sparked the flame of Chinese revolution, created a revolutionary path

of encircling the cities from the rural areas and seizing state power by armed force. thus,It is named as “the Cradle of Chinese Revolution", "the Cornerstone of the People’s Republic of China”, and “the First Mountain in China”. inggangshan is not only a mountain of revolution and hero, but also a mountain of scenery and magic charm. With thousands of mountain peaks and river valleys, accompanied by forest seas, babbling brooks and flying cascades, Jinggangshan integrates majesty, steepness, gracefulness, peacefulness, and peculiarity into one. 8. Tengwang Pavilion-One of the top three pavilions in soutern China

Tengwang Pavilion is located on the shore of the Gan River, by the side of Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province. this fine building together with Yellow Crane Tower, Yueyang Pavilion is regarded as the three most notable pavilions on south side of the Yangtze River. It also has the reputation of being the 'First Pavilion of Xijiang River' and has been widely admired by visitors from all over the world. In terms of its height, overall size and architectural style, this pavilion is a prime example of such buildings for which China is justifiably famous.
