Day 01 Arrive in Beijing (-/L/D)
Arrival in Beijing, met and transferred to your hotel ( booked by us ) in Beijing. Free for the rest of the day.
Day 02 Beijing (B/L/D)
Starting the day with a visit to Tian’anmen Square, the world largest square of this kind. Then move on to the imperial palace, also known as the "Forbidden City" that symbolizes the imperial and traditional China. After lunch go on with the visit to Summer Palace, the most beautiful and best preserved imperial garden in China. Back to your hotel after dinner.
Day 03 Beijing (B/L/D)
After breakfast, have an excursion to the Great Wall, one of the seven wonders in the world. After lunch, go on with the visit to the Ming Tombs, where 13 emperors were buried in Ming Dynasty. Then head to the Olympic Green where you have about 30 minutes to take pictures at the Bird’s Nest and Water Cube. Enjoy the wonderful Chinese Kung Fu show- "The Legend of Kung Fu" and Peking Duck Dinner in the evening.
Day 04 Beijing - Lhasa by air (B/L/D)
Met by our guide at Lhasa airport and transfered to the downtown Lhasa. Stay at Lhasa Hotel for acclimatization in the afternoon. Enjoy your dinner and welcome show in the evening.
Day 05 Lhasa (B/L/D)
Morning touring the monumental palace of Tibetan Kings and Dalai Lamas Potala Palace. After lunch, move on to Tibet’s most sacred Temple Jorkhang Temple & Barkhor street. After dinner, back to your hotel.
Day 06 Lhasa (B/L/D)
Early morning drive to Yangpachen Hot Spring which is 92km north from Lhasa and have lunch there. Then appreciate the landscape of Qiang grassland and Nyenchen Tangula Snow Mt. Range. Same day back to Lhasa and enjoy your dinner.
Day 07 Lhasa-Gyantse-Shigatse (B/L/D)
Morning drive towards southwest to Yamdrok Lake via Kambala Pass (4794m), the sacred water so called "Swan Lake". After picnic lunch at lake side, drive to Gyantse (280km), visit Kumbum & Pelku Chode in Gyantse, continuely driving to Shigatse (100km), capital of Tsang which is the second biggest city in Tibet, rival to Lhasa (340km). Go to the hotel in Shigatse after dinner.
Day 08 Shigatse--Lhasa (B/L/D)
Morning visit the monastic city of the Pachen Lamas Tashilunbo Monastery, which was originally built in 1447, known as one of the major monasteries of the Gelug Sect. The highlight of the monastery is the statue of Maitreya Buddha made of copper with 22.4 meters high, which looks graceful and dignified in appearance. It is considered to be the highest statue in the world. Lunch is also prepared there.Same day drive from Shigatse back to Lhasa via northern road (300km).Back to your hotel after dinner.
Day 09 Lhasa--Beijing by air (B/L/D)
Transfer to the airport for Beijing. Met and transfer to your hotel in Beijing. Free for rest of the day.
Day 10 Beijing Exit (B/L/D)
After breakfast, transferred to the airport for your departure.
